All EEC employees and associates have laptop computers compatible with current technology requirements for communication, word processing, database creation, collection and analysis and graphic presentations.

EEC utilizes Filemaker Pro 9 and Microsoft Access for database management and SPSS and Eview for data analysis.

EEC readily converts data and reports into graphic displays for stakeholder access and communication. Graphic displays of information are developed with Adobe Creative Suite 3 (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash, and InDesign).
