We use a collaborative approach to program evaluation. All consultation activities are conducted in close coordination with the client.

EEC prides itself on developing timely, flexible and culturally responsive evaluation logic models and evaluation plans that provide the foundation for successfully moving a program forward to meet its goals and objectives.

Our expertise is primarily in the area of special education program evaluation and professional development. Historically, EEC has conducted evaluations of State and Local Education Agency programs. EEC employs research associates and evaluators on an ongoing basis. In addition, program consultants are employed to augment capacity, depending on the scope, size and content of the project. EEC consultants’ skills and knowledge are matched with the needs and expectations of the client.

Evaluation Ethics

EEC work is aligned with the American Evaluation Association (AEA) “Guiding Principles for Evaluators.” All EEC personnel are expected to conduct their work in accordance with these principles.
